This list is intended to allow taxpayers/voters in the service area of Emergency Services District #4 to post queries or comments about ESD #4 activities. Entities involved in the provision of emergency service to this area are invited to designate individuals who may respond representing the entity. It is expected that communications will be factually correct, politely phrased, and informative as to the reason for the query or response. At the discretion of the list owner, individuals violating these principles will be unsubscribed. In all discussions, there is no substitute for the acquisition of real data and policies. This avoids speculation and misunderstandings. This list is for exchange of that type of information and that type of discussion.
