The WIGD Discussion List is an unmoderated forum for the discussion of women professionals in the interactive entertainment (games) industry. The list is open to all individuals who are interested in this topic. The discussion list is a separate, but related, adjunct to the Women In Game Development SIG of the IGDA. The SIG's purpose is to proactively encourage and support women in the games industry. The list supports this goal by providing an open forum for discussion of issues about women in the industry, including education, mentorship, corporate successes and failures, career networking, and equity. To see the collection of prior postings to the list, visit the women_dev Archives. (The current archive is only available to the list members.) |
