A monday morning rant: Gimp represents everything I well and truly hate
about computer programs. It's got it all, all you have to do is
memorize a 7-step series of actions, each of which is in a completely
different part of the menu and each of which is buried 6 or 7 clicks
deep. A simple drop shadow is something like 5 or 6 steps.

Or as I prefer to say about Gimp: Gimp! A computer program written by
computers for computers!

ahem, well, that's enough ranting for now....
