[Bska] 2006 Rising Sun Skat dates confirmed

The Rising Sun now has a new manager.  He has been happy to confirm all 
the dates so far planned for our Rising Sun Synchron Skat events, namely
Jan 14, March 4 and May 6, and to have us hold the events in the same 
way.  The only change is, he expects the food to be better.
