Please try and get there to register by 11.15 or text if you will be arriving after this. We hope to finish by 6.30. You don't have to play in every round if you are pressed for time. Food is available for lunch, which should be ordered before we start. There is also a bar. Players of all standards are invited to participate; if you are not available for all four sessions we are usually able to accommodate you, particularly if we know beforehand! If you know anyone who would like to learn the game, or refresh their memory of it, bring them along, this will be an ideal opportunity to teach them the game. The club charge ?3-50 a head (a discount on their normal rate), but it's an excellent venue, and the food and drink is reasonably priced. Salads, toasted sandwiches and the like are available until about 10-00pm It would help if you could let me know if you intend to be there, but it's not essential. The format is as usual. Registration will be between 11:00 and 11:15, play will start at 11:30, and will consist of 4 sessions of duplikat Skat, ending around 19:00. Each session will take about 105 minutes, and there will be a break for lunch after the first session and shorter breaks between subsequent sessions. Players of all standards are invited to participate; if you are not available for all four sessions we are usually able to accommodate you, particularly if we know beforehand! The entry fee is ?8.50, with prizes awarded to the winner and runners-up. Food is available for lunch, which should be ordered before play starts. There is also a bar.
