Good morning! It's time to catch up with another update on what's been
going on at the Burning Void.
Writers' book reviews:
"Between the Lines," by Jessica Page Morrell:

"The Curious Case of the Misplaced Modifier," by Bonnie Trenga:

"Writing Down the Bones, Expanded Edition," by Natalie Goldberg:

"Mount Dragon," by Douglas Preston and Lincoln Child:

Other reviews:
"Success with Cafepress.com", by Daniel M. Clark:

Ecto Blog Editor, 2.4.1, for Mac OS X:

The Technorati service for bloggers:

The Viscotech memory foam support pillow:

Note that we very nearly have all of our old reviews moved over--less
than 15 to go, I'd estimate. That leaves us at roughly 450-475 reviews
in the current blog!
There was a new Twilight Time issue on "Using Random Items to
Complicate the Plot":
http://seven.pairlist.net/pipermail/twilighttime/2006/000046.html
and Morrell's "Between the Lines" has given me one or two ideas for the
next issue as well.
Finally, we have a ton of new designs up at cafepress, available on
everything from shirts to mugs to buttons and bags:

You'll find a bunch of mmorpg designs, sure, but there are also a
handful for fans of writing, cooking, and reading. We've been
experimenting, and I think we've got some pretty cool designs up. Some
of my favorites are:
Loot tax: http://www.cafepress.com/burningvoid/1761640
Ninjaed my life: http://www.cafepress.com/burningvoid/1688041
WTS a clue: http://www.cafepress.com/burningvoid/1686742
Elixir of Coffee (also our most popular design so far):
http://www.cafepress.com/burningvoid/1674776
60 Warlock: http://www.cafepress.com/burningvoid/1782548
LRN2TYPE: http://www.cafepress.com/burningvoid/1677766
Coffee addict: http://www.cafepress.com/burningvoid/1688081
But honestly, I have trouble choosing. If I wrote up this list on a
different day I'd probably give you a different selection of
"favorites".
