CafePress Update:
Due to the number of designs we had, we decided to split our CafePress
store into two stores:
"Gamer's Heaven" provides all of the gaming and geekdom products:
http://www.cafepress.com/burningvoid
"Caffeinated Chicanery" provides everything else--designs related to
writing, cooking, cats, humor, and more:
http://www.cafepress.com/chicanery
I want to thank everyone for just how successful these two shops were
this holiday season. For something that started largely as a joke
(seriously, one night we just said, "hey, these would make great
t-shirt ideas") this has turned into an actual business that has
brought its three creators a great deal of satisfaction and fun.
CafePress does provide a streamlined process for sending out store
newsletters, which we do once a month; we try to keep them fairly short
and to the point, and we're going to start including subscriber-only
sales each month. If you're interested in signing up, the signup form
is a simple little box on the left-hand side of each store in the nav
bar, beneath the navigation links.
Again, I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday season, and best wishes
for 2007!
