[casual_games] Tour of Video Game history game fixes

Yep, these are all on the fix-list, although I know MTV servers  
slowed down to a crawl last night and I couldn't get the game to load  
on anything.. we've pinged them on that aspect..
the rest of the fixes for firefox are in the works, but because they  
only show up on firefox, it's probably going to take a bit of time,  
since it seems to work fine everywhere else... Flash anomalies, fun :D

Thanks for the input, we're going to be giving them an updated drop  
early next week so hopefully most of that will be fixed.
