Libel, slander and other forms of defamation only 
apply to untrue facts or malicious 
statements.  For the most part, opinion does not fall into this category.

So, I have never actually dealt with these 
companies but my impression of them is as follows:

Well personally I have always felt that the 
revenue model used by Real Arcade was a complete screwjob for developers.

Play First seems a bit predatory as well, at east 
they did when they presented at IGC last 
October.  They may have come to their senses by now.


NOTE:  If anyone has contracted with any of these 
companies there may be contractual restrictions 
on their ability to participate in a discussion of this nature.
