[casual_games] app resolution

coming from the traditional games industry, that's what I'm used to.  
however, since it's so low rez, my artist just prefers to pixel push the 
exact pixels.  ultimately, he might have to fix some of the downsampled 
versions since it gets blown up so large.

on the other hand, I'm not too worried about going up to the next 
resolution because I don't plan on rereleasing.  I mean, this is the 
casual games industry, right?  hehe
