[casual_games] Previous E-mails

I think this will be a very hard thing to break for the list because all
mail clients I have seen default to including replies. And for a quick
message it is easiest to click respond, type your message and click
send.

I hate to be a broken record about this, but if people would *please*
not include any previous emails in their replies unless they are
specifically quoting something it would really help the readability.
There hasn't been any reason to include previous emails for context in a
reply since... oh the death of the TTY?
