It may be helpful to define what you're your goals are with the meetings.
Are you hoping to get funding to finish development of this game? Or will
you complete the game on your own and just want to get distribution for the
finished product? Is your goal in the meeting to mostly try to the convince
publishers to invest in your game, or are you looking for feedback about how
to improve your game? Unless you are looking for development funding, most
distributors really only care about seeing the finished (or nearly finished)
product. When the game is nearly finished there is less need to be
secretive about your game idea since the public will see it soon.
