[casual_games] Google acquires Adscape

Actually, the consumer already is.  They get hours and hours of free 
demo time.

I tried, without much success, to get an indie/casual ad. system 
working.  My findings were:

1.  A lot of developers were quite resistant to the whole concept.
2.  If it doesn't get portal blessing then it's hard for the dev's you 
do get to get enough exposure.
3.  The client has to dial home (if the ads are going to be live) so you 
have additional firewall stuff happening which can freak out end users.

Anyhow, I think it's a great way to monetize free game demo's but it 
ain't falling off a log easy to make the business part of it work.
