You could also use the mouse wheel; mouse to direct the pieces horizontally,
left click to rotate, mouse wheel to drop. 

Which brings up an interesting point - it seems like more and more
downloadable casual games are using the mouse wheel of late. Do you think
the mouse wheel is less foreign to a typical casual gamer than using the
right click?
