[casual_games] Mobile payment for PC game

I think this is actually much more common in Europe and Russia than it is in
the US, and it's very popular over there due to the ability to charge
smaller amounts with no minimum fee the way credit cards do (I think the
carriers just take a percentage.)  From what I understand it's not as
attractive here in the US because of how much the carriers want to keep as
part of the deal.

I can't think of a lot of reasons otherwise why it would be more
advantageous to use SMS payments than directly through your PC, unless you
just like managing that sort of thing on your cell phone bill, or if you
didn't have a credit card.
