Depends on your definition of Web 2.0 :)
I think the Facebook App 'PuzzleBee" is a contendor. Great mechanics,
diverse business model (advertising; players buying extra abilities in the
game or special puzzle-packs), and definitely based on user-gen content,
which would be my main criteria for a 'web 2.0' game. It's developed by
