my previous mail was above 10k (even besides it was only text)

The way i understood, the download manager acts also as a license  
manager, requesting available licenses for the user's account, but i  
will check further on this. Maybe i was unnecessarily going with "the  
whole pack" and can use whatever download manager i wanted to craft.
