[casual_games] Licensable engines for Club Penguin / Habbo style game

Yes, at least the last time I heard Club Penguin uses SmartFox. Looks like
they just released OpenSpace <http://www.openspace-engine.com/> which
appears to be another alternative. I wasn't aware that they released it.
