My friend (co-worker) moonyeom made [Sand Castle : Prelude], and he used
Delphi.

1) Which version do you use? Is D7 good enough?
--> He used D7(Delphi7), and he told me that D7 is good for Game
Development.
2) Which graphic library? (Un)DelphiX, Asphyre, etc?
--> He's using own made library named after DelDX, which uses DIrectX9.0c
inside.
