[casual_games] Question of the week

I didn't see casual games and social games as "genres" in the
traditional sense but segments or sectors in the industry perhaps.
Genres to me are like FPS, puzzle, action, etc. :)

As far as converging, I do think they are converging in that "casual
games" are now often trying to be more social, e.g. challenging friends
to full out Sims Social. Many social games are trying to figure out what
it is that made so many casual games successful and I think some are
trying to make the leap backwards, e.g. trying to figure out how to have
standalone experiences that don't require the help of 'friends' or to
even necessarily be online.
