Sure thing Tom,

At a high level we’re looking to partner
with developers in the success of their apps. We are providing funds to
developers to cover development and marketing costs in exchange for revenue
share on the apps. We’re not looking for company equity or any IP ownership, we
recoup our money through a direct and advertising revenue share.

Shoot me an e-mail and I’d be happy to go over the
details with you, we can also chat up in Seattle in a couple of weeks.

Hey Guys,

We made this announcement a couple of weeks ago across
some of the tech and gaming websites but I thought I would pass along the offer
directly to the Casual Games SIG. We are offering a $5 million dollar fund to
help developers port their existing web and iOS games over to Android. I’ve
spoken with a few people on the SIG already, but I wanted to make sure the
offer was extended to everyone.

Applications are currently being considered for the TapDroid Fund
and porting program based on the quality of the gaming experience and the
talent of its developers. Those interested in applying for the program should
visit https://www.tapjoy.com/AndroidFund
or email publishing at tapjoy.com to
learn more.

If anyone has any questions you can feel free to e-mail me
directly at rob.carroll at Tapjoy.com

Thanks,

Rob
