[casual_games] TOW: Self-Assessment

Hi Sheri,

We did an interesting review of our skills and weaknesses a few weeks ago
which pointed out a number of very interesting personality traits and
quirks amongst us.

We used a company called "This Company" - www.thiscompany.co.uk its run by
a very cool guy called Matt Gibson who is an ex HR Director and pretty
well versed at understanding people and what drives them.

We basically took a test and then Matt discussed the results with us,
advising

It's all very reasonably priced and gives you a good insight into yourself
and your colleagues and does not take very long. I would recommend
