Hi Everyone, 

 

I am announcing the launch of my new usability business, Objective Digital
Pty Ltd!

 

Objective is an exciting new breed of Usability Consultancy. We are
currently going through a period of rapid growth and require 2 Usability
Consultants to join the team at a very exciting time in the company's
development. In the role of Consultant / Senior Consultant you will work
closely with the Directors and be accountable for the delivery of usability
testing and design projects for large businesses within the Corporate and
Government sectors. In addition, you will manage a broad range of customer
experience projects within the digital advertising space.

The Senior Consultant will have the added responsibility of managing the
consulting resource to deliver on the project objectives, as well as working
with the Directors to help drive strategic direction and growth for the
business.

Selection criteria: 

.         Strategic thinking 

.         Strong interpersonal skills 

.         Understanding of usability testing and user interface design
principles 

.         Experience in Information Architecture 

.         Preferably a tertiary qualification in HCI, Psychology or Social
Science 

.         Ability to lead interviews, workshops and testing sessions 

.         Analytical thinker with excellent report writing skills
