Yeah, I hesitated to bring it up in case it brought up bad ideas for
some...I would think that if Sony/Microsoft went after something like
this that it would not be a good PR move. So I doubt that they would
pursue something like this, especially since it would open them up
for discrimination cases on the flip side. I mean the headlines on
this just wouldn't be good.

That being said...if they did...yeah, we'd be on the case like crazy. :)
