[games_access] Unusual controller

I strongly disagree. I think that there is an overall flaw in design 
in that it only considers male potential drivers when we know from 
celebutantes like Lindsay Lohan, Nicole Richie, and Paris Hilton that 
drunk driving is not a gender specific activity.

(but seriously...if it helps reduce drunk driving by any amount, then 
go for it german, uh, researchers?)
