there are some questions:

I heard about Guitar Hero for blind and  
a Gutiar Hero for people with only one hand/arm.

I would like to know:
Are these only projects ?
Who did make it ?
Can normal people buy it ?
How much cost it ?
Did Konami and the other companies give a comment about it ?

What do I need, when I am interested in presenting it ?
