We have a product releasing next month that may work for you. It's called a
GameCap.

It's essentially a baseball cap with a built-in 3-axis (x,y and z)
accelerometer, coupled with a programmable game controller. It enables the
user to interact with any PC game (or software program) through head tilt
motion.

It connects to a PC through a USB Port and is FitXF-enabled. Which means
that you can read the real-time accelerometer values using simple SDK
function calls.

The estimated retail price is 149 USD.
