[games_access] "Face Controll" Project and "Tom Clancy's EndWar"

Hi,

Stephen Yang has an interesting entry in his blog:

First a project where people can control something with their faces.
THen he mentioned the game "Tom Clancy's EndWar" (Ubisoft),
where people can control the game with their speech.

I would like to know, if it is possible to control the whole game
with the speech. For example all menus and options.

And what are the differences with Game Commander ?
