[games_access] Terminology

Thanks for the feedback everyone. Unfortunately as this has been spotted late in development we can't rewrite or re-record the line, so it'd either have to stay in as it is, or be completely removed.

On the plus side, it's raised awareness and made people think a bit more, so hopefully if the need arises in future we can use slightly more up to date wording.

@Barrie, I will ask the others if they know why they chosed "Persons with
disabilities". Maybe it is because of some translations? In German
this is the better way. Thanks for this question!
