I read this booklet and think this is amazing:

Maybe it is a good reference for the White Paper book?
You learn about differences of people and that a disability is also a
difference.
That is it not bad that everyone is equal, rights, UN, Conventions ...

The target group are teacher, but I think that the information help all
people,
Who are interested in this kind of topics.
