[games_access] Affordability of Game Accessibility

Price is of course a fundamental access issue, that goes across the board. 
And yes, disabled people tend to get whacked price wise linked to a variety 
of things. Sometimes economies of scale, sometimes as they require far more 
complicated equipment and so on. Roll on the single platform, which you can 
use a wide range of controllers tailored to your own abilities and games 
that can be adjusted broadly too.
