[games_access] Question about alternative control

What kind of properties does the games need?
e.g. it should be possible that another program can run at the same time?

That's a scan and select system using a single switch. To the best of my 
knowledge, this system was invented in 1972 (known as the Tufts Interactive 
Communicator) and has been used ever since as one way of opening up 
communication, environmental control, mobility and games.
