Sorry so slow to get back. Laptop died, and with that and life in general
I've been set back a bit. Planning to catch up ASAP (as always). Re. book,
I'd suggest keep anything you think the bulk of people can help with that
you're happy to share on the list. If you want to keep things a bit more
private, stick to a handful of us.
