[games_access] Accessibility Guidelines - Third-Person RPG for 'WoV'

Hey guys,

I just wanted to share the Accessibility Guidelines I came up so far for my
Third-Person RPG with the WIP title 'World of V'lynn' or WoV in short.

Wanted general impression of what you guys think, if I am missing out on
something, if I could describe something better, etc. And of course also
wanted to offer it to the entire SIG as 'Third-Person RPG Example
Guidelines', if you wish to use it for your own projects.
