[games_access] GA-SIG Action Plan Survey

Hi all,

Please fill in the survey below. It is a follow-on from the GDC2015 panel and round table, where we talked about advocacy activities. 

We would like to facilitate collaboration on these, so as a first step we would like to gauge interest in how many people would be interested in leading and in taking part. 

We will use the results to publish an action plan, and inform what sort of collaboration tools we should use.
