[games_access] Accessibility on XB1

Mike Ybarra has confirmed that accessibility functionality is coming with November's UI update:

No announcement yet of exactly which features will be in there. 

Nothing mentioned publicly yet by anyone else other than Sony and Microsoft, but with the CVAA deadline less than a month away now we should start seeing some more of these kind of announcements.
