[games_access] Introduction and Open Question

Hi Gabby!

That's wonderful that you have taken upon this task. It's something we've
wanted to do from the start of the SIG but have had too few volunteers in
general that we've had a hard time extending the SIG to include this. So
know that you have support! And let us know the things you need from us.
The IGDA can do things such as help us run a survey amongst the membership
of the entire organization.

I'm on the steering committee but was the chair for many years and I'm
definitely willing to help you kick this off. Not everyone in the SIG has a
disability but all have passion for creating more accessible gaming
environments -- which includes creating a more accessible work space and
conditions.
