Works great attached to my radio, and I can enter it in the DX panel, but in the contest panel I find no way for data entry. Tried overlaying the frequency that was where the radio puts it, but no go, and the frequency on the panel doesn't appear to be a text box. I agree, normally one wouldn't take the time in a contest to enter frequ manually, but I was trying to make some QSOs on a VHF radio that has no data output... the HPM/140 contest actually encourages repeater contacts, as long as the user is considerate of the repeater! The contesters who participated in the original betas asked for VERY few edit fields in the contest panel, and it is designed to be used with a radio connected. Since that time a number of the fields have been made editable due to numerous conflicting requests, it shouldn't be that hard to make the frequency field editable as well in the next beta. In the mean time if you are taking the time to enter frequencies manually it shouldn't slow things down by much to use the DX Panel which does allow frequency input. 73 de VE3VRW Don Agro From dagro at dogparksoftware.com Sat Sep 5 10:46:17 2009 From: dagro at dogparksoftware.com (Don Agro) Date: Sat, 5 Sep 2009 10:46:17 -0400 Subject: [MacLoggerContest] Reminder: poll for macloggerdx In-Reply-To: <1251904319.247.881.w5@yahoogroups.com> References: <1251904319.247.881.w5@yahoogroups.com> Message-ID: <50FF4F09-7DB8-424F-AA9D-513865334132@dogparksoftware.com> Don't forget to vote (we will be basing our next few months development on the results) Which Panels/Features in MacLoggerDX Version 5 do you use the most ? o DX input o Contest input o Log o Map 2D o Map 3D o Map WebView o Bands o DXClusters o Schedules o Awards o Memories o QSL o History o Contest Helper o Keyer To vote, please visit the following web page: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/macloggerdx/surveys?id=12940050 73 de VE3VRW Don Agro From dagro at dogparksoftware.com Fri Sep 11 10:09:33 2009 From: dagro at dogparksoftware.com (Don Agro) Date: Fri, 11 Sep 2009 10:09:33 -0400 Subject: [MacLoggerContest] MacLoggerDX for Cocoa V5.13 Released Message-ID: <0A8857A1-71D0-41D4-BC62-5AA66BBF6FFF@dogparksoftware.com> MacLoggerDX for Cocoa V5.13 Released ?
