For BREW, you could export from Max into 3DS format, then parse that out 
(Google 3DS loader).

 From there it is relatively simple to get basic OpenGL rendering going. 
Some BREW phones have it built in, other 3D capable phones can run the 
Hybrid (www.hybrid.fi) software OpenGL layer.
