Flash Lite wasn't compatible with Flash as commonly used on the Web, but my
understanding is that Flash Lite 2.0 will have actionscript.

I think Flash is IDEAL for Mobile.  SVG deals with the screen resolution
differences and the scripting HAS to be more portable than J2ME.
