Did you check the wiki over at j2meforums.com ?

There definately used to be info there, since i haven't been able to keep
upto date with the site (too much other work) I'm not sure if it's still
there, however it would be worth asking DinkyDino and Pascal (Orange
Pixel) since I seem to remember they were mostly responsible for the key
definitions there.

I have to admit I thought the j2mepolish info was probably pretty up to
date, although I suppose you would have to check each device definition.
