[sbe-eas] FW: DTV EAS Logging Question

We monitor the same as any other TV station, analog or digital; an
operator observes the success or failure and makes the appropriate log
entries.  I can't speak to digital radio, but suspect it's much the
same.

	Can someone answer a question for me-those of you with digital
TV stations that are broadcasting streams-How can you verify that an EAS
Test has been broadcast on all streams? I've seen EAS log forms that
include a note that says the test or activation was carried on all
streams, but that appears to be the only way, at this point to document
the test or activation. Is that acceptable to the FCC? Will there be
something with the new equipment that indicates for sure that a test or
activation ran on all streams?
