We have asked our WFO if we can conduct some RMT's via HazCollect and have
not received an answer. Reno was the West Coast "beta test site" for
HazCollect. They have rolled out the system here and started training local
emergency managers. I'm forwarding your email to Rhett Milne, the WCM for
Reno, to have him answer your questions.

Is anybody out there using the HAZ Collect system at the National Weather
Service to generate Required Monthly Tests, AMBER Alerts, local emergencies,
etc.? Has anyone worked out any universal interface with other systems that
emergency management and law enforcement use?

 

Also, is HAZ Collect somehow CAP compliant?
