[sbe-eas] Cable Override

Just wanted to let you all know that I am very pleased that this topic is being discussed.  Cable override and how it negatively impacts those TV stations that are trying hard to do a good job is something that should not continue to be swept under the federal-rug.   With the FCC looking to make changes to EAS and the regulations that we march to....Perhaps its time to demonstrate in clear and easy to understand terms just how this process works and it's impact on public warning messages reaching those who need to be reached.   Let us not forget the impact on those that are impaired in some way.
