[sbe-eas] Item of Interest

We have been in a resource sharing agreement with our local area EOC's in regards to EAS and disaster management for several years. A general overview is described starting on page 42 in the MSRC Public Communications and Safety Working Group final report dated 2/18/2004.
This is a "roll your own" effort that is in constant development and enhancement.
