I just realized, because now I have gone back to the instructions for 
the Forms.  And Form 2 is essentially the same as Form 1 but it adds the 
Yes/No questions about received and re-broadcast the alert.  So, I just 
hope, I will not have to fill out Form 2 all the way again.  This is 
what the FCC indicated would NOT be the case, but of course, the 
instructions for the forms seem to indicate that yes, you will have to 
fill out the forms AGAIN!  Not that it matters.  I am wondering if after 
today's discussion, most broadcasters will elect to mail the paper form 
and let the FCC sort it out.  I wonder if that will be a violation of 
the paperwork reduction act!
