[sbe-eas] IPAWS status

I've been on vacation for 2 weeks. Is there an IP address we need to be programming in our endecs, or is this still in developmental stages?

With all the attention paid to the national test recently, I have lost track of the status of IPAWS.  My recollection was that FEMA had promised to be online with their CAP servers prior to the previous Sept
30 deadline.  My EAS equipment vendor says that they are NOT online... 
still.

Can someone give me some info on WHEN/IF IPAWS will be operational?  And if so... what configurations are needed for common EAS boxes to take advantage of it?
