Is every message that goes into the IPAWS system going to be delivered
to every EAS box?
I was under the impression that with the CAP envelope that the EAS boxes
would only pick up the messages that it was programmed to receive.
(messages that fell into the "Local Area") as the system swings into
full use that could be a very large amount of data being moved for no
reason. Which may cause some serious bandwidth issues especially for
stations that are internet challenged.
