[sbe-eas] IPAWS CAP Weekly RWT Tests Status Update

I think the Sage units require a software update before they will handle CAP messages...it has not been released as of yet..

They haye benn sending them for the last 3 weeksfor every time zone and I have been receiving them for all the time zones fromGuamto Hawaii.

I may have missed the latest info on IPAWS... what is the current
status?  The last IPAWS RWT I have received was December 28.  My DASDEC
says it is still talking to their server.  Should I be getting RWTs
now?  If not... why?
