[Techtoolslist] Data I/O 29A to Windows XP Data Transfer

AFAIK, the XP patch should just add a delay in the timing at start up to cope 
with modern processors which, compared to when PromLink was conceived are now 
of "supercomputer" speeds :o)

I think Mike Coates reads this list so he should be able to give you a more 
definitive answer though...
